The Patient Portal provides a range of functionalities, including:

• Booking and canceling appointments for yourself and family members
• Registering for scheduled appointments at CMP facilities without visiting the registration desk
• Managing accounts for your children
• Selecting a nearby facility and physician
• Accessing recent laboratory test results
• Downloading historical laboratory test results
• Utilizing the "My Diets" module with options for downloading
• Viewing historical diagnostic test results and consultations along with recommendations

With the Patient Portal, you can independently check availability for consultations with your chosen specialist and register for an appointment for yourself or your child. An easy-to-use search tool facilitates selecting a specific doctor and department. With full account access, you can download your test result history, enabling you to analyze data and plan ongoing treatment with your specialist.

To ensure the security of our patients, obtaining full account access to utilize more features of the Patient Portal requires signing a consent form at any CMP facility.
